You hereby confirm that any such aforesaid material you submit to BBSL for inclusion on its website is your own original work, is not defamatory and does not infringe any UK laws, that you have the right to give the BBSL permission to use it for the purposes specified above, and that you have the consent of anyone who is identifiable in your contribution or the consent of their parent / guardian if they are under 16.

7. The articles that may appear from time to time on bbsl.org.uk have been submitted by third parties. Any views expressed are, unless specifically  stated, not of BBSL. In addition, in some instances, articles may contain what may be constituted as guidance or advice of a professional, or other, nature. BBSL are not responsible for any loss or injury that you may suffer as a result of any reliance placed on any such guidance or advice and BBSL always strongly recommend that you seek independent professional advice and guidance before relying on any such articles.

13.These terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales which shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
